Nikon announces high performance COOLPIX P600 and super-zoom COOLPIX P530 cameras (07.02.2014)

Nikon Europe today announces two new ultra-high zoom cameras in its COOLPIX line up: the COOLPIX P600 with an astounding 60x optical zoom lens and the ultra-precision Nikon COOLPIX P530 with a 42x optical zoom lens. Offering incredible balance between small body size and high zoom power, both cameras feature a back-illuminated 16-megapixel CMOS sensor anda built-in electronic viewfinder, enabling creative photographers to capture finely detailed, beautifully sharp images on the move, even in low light.

The Nikon COOLPIX P600 – Sophisticated performance for heightened creativity

Created for those who love capturing every detail, the portable yet powerful COOLPIX P600 combines exquisite precision and a super-zoom lens with a beautifully designed body.

Its 60x optical zoom NIKKOR lens, extendable to 120x with Dynamic Fine Zoom*, covers a 24-1440mm range and has Super ED glass for exceptional image quality. Enjoy wide-angle viewing on the large 7.5-cm/3.0-in 921-k LCD screen, while its anti-reflection coating and brightness adjustment ensures you can clearly see what you are shooting, even in bright sunlight.
