Nikon announces the powerful super-zoom COOLPIX L830 (07.01.2014)
The COOLPIX L830 will join the L29, L30 and L330 cameras in the L series range, to make great photos easy.
Nikon Europe today announces four new cameras in its COOLPIX family: the high performing and classically styled COOLPIX L830 with an ultra-powerful 34x optical zoom with up to 68x Dynamic Fine Zoom*; and the 16-megapixel COOLPIX L29 with simple controls and a wide-angle NIKKOR 5x zoom lens. Alongside these are the 20-megapixel COOLPIX L30 with NIKKOR 5x zoom lens and the high performance 26x zoom lens and 20-megapixel COOLPIX L330. The new cameras work with AA batteries which are easy to find wherever you may be.
The Nikon COOLPIX L830 – Get closer to the image than ever before
Classically styled and designed for those looking for an easy-to-use high precision and performance camera, the 16-megapixel COOLPIX L830 gives exceptional results for any occasion. It’s perfect for photographers who want to create outstanding images through stress free shooting.
The COOLPIX L830 features an ultra-powerful 34x optical zoom lens with a 68x Dynamic Fine Zoom that allows you to zoom in twice as far as a telephoto lens, whilst still maintaining a full image resolution. Its Easy Auto Mode optimizes camera settings for the user and includes a side zoom lever and one touch video recording. The Hybrid VR (vibration reduction) counters camera shake and will give you a more professional finish, making all those spontaneous shots cleaner.
Add your own distinctive stamp on the images you take by shooting from a child’s eye level, over a crowd or just from your own unique viewpoint with the 7.7 cm high resolution tilt screen. Meanwhile, the back illuminated image sensor captures beautifully clear details for superb shots. The new COOLPIX L29 has a 16-megapixel CCD image sensor, combined with a wide-angle 5x NIKKOR zoom lens, ensuring you get top quality results every time, while its ease of use puts fun and freedom at the heart of photography.
